One current trend that I think has some staying power is the concept of the “flipped classroom.” Playing off of the “flipped classroom” idea, my district provided a training on the “flipped back-to-school night.” My mind started turning over the idea of a “flipped conference.” . I love this idea!

I have previously written about my participation in a "flipped classroom" project through our school. This is the first time that I have seen someone recognize that adjuncts do more than classroom contact hours. Many of the activities I use in class, had to be modified for the flipped classroom.
