Edmodo''s quiz feature is a versatile tool that saves teachers time. I use Edmodo Quizzes for assessing students'' knowledge acquisition, practicing PARCC related digital literacy skills, and demonstrating students'' application of knowledge learned through out the marking period. Edmodo also banks all questions that teachers create.

We don''t have technical support for Edmodo, but we now have minimal support for the LMS as more people are encouraged to use it but the number of support positions have stayed the same (3 dedicated positions for a university of 10,000 students). So what do I like about Edmodo? There is no syllabus creation function.

While I like Wordle''s simplicity for using a word cloud for analysis of a speech, poem, or short story, I prefer the use of Tagxedo for embedding symbolism in student-created projects and to guide students through the process of making artistic choices in an activity that is relevant to their own lives. So ask the students, " why?"

I like Edmodo best for traditional administering of tests. And once the test is created in Edmodo, it is saved in your Edmodo cloud and can be assigned to other classes/groups and edited as needed. As of now, Edmodo tests cannot be taken through the app. As a reflective teacher, this is very helpful. Is it authentic?
