Back to School with ThingLink ePortfolios

Cool Tools for 21st Century Learners

As a longtime educator and instructional tech coach, I have embraced ePortfolios as a valuable tool for documenting learning over time, self-reflection, goal-setting and growth. ePortfolios are powerful tools for authentic assessment.

Open School ePortfolio for Authentic Assessment

Cool Tools for 21st Century Learners

An ePortfolio is a collection of student work that is used to document effort, progress, and achievement over time. ePortfolios are powerful tools for authentic assessment because they require teachers and students to dig deeper than a multiple choice test. Try Open School ePortfolio.

Posthaven Vs. Class Locker: What Teachers, Parents, and Students Think

Graphite Blog

Not long after my second-grade students started using iPads, it became apparent that I needed a way to share their digital work with parents. I didn’t want to resort to printing everything, so I researched eportfolio options. With Posthaven, parents receive a notification each time work is added to their child’s eportfolio. Because almost all the apps we use have a built-in email feature, it’s easy for them to move work directly from apps to their eportfolios.
