Don''t just be a robot following commands. In the narrative unit, all procedures and skills for the year are introduced: peer assessment, group work, active reading, narrative terms, analysis, etc. Does it align with Common Core Standards? I refuse to give them the answer for how to get an A. Call all this what you will.
