Karen was the 2015 Tennessee State Teacher of the Year and I interviewed her at the NNSTOY Conference in DC this summer. She was State Teacher of The Year for 2015. And so, every year we conduct Project Zero workshops where we bring in teachers from all the surrounding areas. She is the 2015 Tennessee Teacher of the Year.
