Working with that group, I really found my tribe, and I really worked to explore and expand myself in a leadership role and helping other teachers in other districts build their own blended-learning capacities. So I think I developed myself as a leader through some of my external pieces. I think that’s a really important piece.

A separate program called EdTechRI Testbed will train approximately 40 teachers across 12 Providence schools, studying the effects of math and reading software and individualized learning programs.
