At the event, Carolyn Sykora , Senior Director of the ISTE Standards Program, shared that the 1998 standards described a landscape in which we were learning to use technology. The 2007 standards described a landscape in which we were using technology to learn. We’ve nurtured and grown STEAM infused makerspaces.
