One of the questions I most frequently get asked is what tools I use to make my flipped classroom videos. I started with the Wacom DTU-1031 in 2013 and did a review of that – A New Solution For My Flipped Classroom. I open Camtasia. This is my preferred screencasting and editing tool.

Screencasting is an integral part of my flipped classroom as I can record videos for a variety of purposes that include (but certainly not limited to) i nforming parents and students about class expectations , providing answer key videos , documenting directions and the steps of a project , and informing support staff of technical glitches.
