Teachers don’t have to create classroom videos on different subject matters; they can use suitable videos from an online video library. Khan Academy provides personalized learning for students at their pace and is an excellent flipped classroom tool for teachers to identify their students’ strengths and needs.

There is also a web-based component available to the teachers that contains resource libraries and discussion forums that I plan to use not only with the classroom walkthrough data, but also our PLC''s. Initially I would like to see some pilot classes begin to use Poll Everywhere to increase student engagement.
