We also had to trust they would use their mobile learning devices (i.e. cell phones) responsibly as a tool for learning in certain classes using free programs such as Poll Everywhere. Even though I have highlighted examples specific to technology, there have also been changes focused on curriculum and programming.

Since the “flipped” approach to instruction is proving to be a key asset in modern education, one of Mrs. Chellani’s recent initiatives has been to provide students with a means to learn independently utilizing digital content.

He wanted to show his students some real-world examples of practical applications for concepts that were being covered in class. I believe helping students to apply what they learn in the classroom to the real world is arguably the greatest responsibility of a teacher. My college students really enjoyed using it.
