Beiner’s Culinary Arts classes created a “how to” video for recipes. Chellani began the lesson with mobile learning devices and Poll Everywhere to review prior learning.

In addition, he makes sure to provide training to NMHS students on how to use technology responsibly. Lastly, I used Poll Everywhere in my senior seminar the next day and it was a big hit.
