What do you think the whole MOOC thing George Siemens and I and others was about? Beginning in 2003 and continuing consistently thereafter I have depicted learning resources as words in a conversation , and applied the logic of language to the logic of reuse. We are focused on the advantages of OER-enabled pedagogy. Others don’t.
