I believe that if we are to fully apprehend the many issues and nuances of our relationship with future technologies, we first need to begin to appreciate the complexity of human intelligence(s) and the problems associated with trying to model these digitally.

Before I turn to the President-Elect’s campaign promises and potential education and computer technology policies, I want to note that this Presidential election was influenced by digital technologies in ways that make the “ digital masterminds ” who supposedly helped Obama win re-election pale by comparison: Hacks – perhaps by Russia – of the Democratic National Committee.
