A year ago, I created a technology course on Moodle for Spanish teachers as part of the Ministry of Education of Spain. More examples of how to use the platform are needed - video tutorials, etc. They have small test beds where they are working on export of ePortfolios, etc. This is probably a policy issue as well. Districts are stretched with lack of staff to deliver this training.
