Moodle – the popular LMS/VLE takes some backend skills to install and host, but can also be accessed from hosting services like MoodleCloud. I also think it would be possible to find someone in the Moodle community who would help. I don’t recommend Moodle for a beginner. Looks like a GUI interface.
