Beiner’s Culinary Arts classes created a “how to” video for recipes. Chellani began the lesson with mobile learning devices and Poll Everywhere to review prior learning.

Using Quick tools like Plickers , Google Forms, Padlet , Poll Everywhere can quickly allow you access to data in a quick and fun way, sometimes so fun, students have no idea they are being assessed.
