I started this program in the summer of 2017. Jody: We started in August of this year, so August 2017. If you don’t have a good pairing with each other, that definitely could happen. Through much contemplation, mindfulness meditation, and general clarity - I’ve decided that this year, 2017-2018, is going to be the year of #sayingyes. My goal for my students has always been to learn to think for themselves - to take information and understand it on their level, so it makes sense to them. Yes to new experiences.

It is definitely convenient, but does this lead to better learning in the classroom? My answer is that it could actually lead to worse learning, faster. Look at EdCamp. But innovation is a way of thinking, not simply the way we use technology. Students do not necessarily become better learners, but better test takers.
