In 2012 I took a job as a general education language arts teacher, working with at-risk youths. In 2012, I transferred to McClarin Success Academy in Fulton County School District. Using USATestprep, an online assessment tool, I built diagnostics from scratch to shift the focus from what students didn’t know to what they did.
