In other words, they learned and built their own knowledge base. To expand their knowledge, they had to assemble a library and know how to find books in it. As our Internet search tools get closer and closer to our eyeglasses and contacts, we’re sure to see our dependence on them increase. The focus was on learning.

Then of course, the curriculum is gamified, so they have different levels of challenges that they have to engage in — which are knowledge based — in order to learn the curriculum, but also succeed in the virtual world. They’re all in there as an avatar, wearing Middle Ages clothing, walking around a Middle Ages village.
