The name is a bit of a misnomer, it definitely isn’t what you think of when you think of the Maker Movement. While it does blend technology and play, I wouldn’t call it a Maker Box. If you are looking for resources for your Maker Space, this isn’t it.

I think this whole passion project was definitely more about the process than the product. I think they are learning more along the way, and that’s what’s important.
