Indeed, Anya stated they educators are “fumbling” on qualitative assessment so far. Anya offered an anecdote, that some district-level benchmark tests are starting to get cut back by using software-based assessments. One example: eportfolios dropped in one case because doing them decently was seen as too onerous.
