Edcamp: It All Started with a Tweet

Back in 2009, there were relatively few of us making these connections, and friendships quickly developed. We held the first Edcamp in Philadelphia in May, 2010. We used social media to send out the word. People tweeted about it and around the country and the world; people began to follow #edcamp!
