The company posted more than $175 million in profits between 2004 and 2014, according to a 2016 lawsuit filed by a former company CEO who alleged that he was owed bonus pay. The suit also alleged that Premier had misled potential students about job placement rates and pressured staff to “renounce all academic standards.”.
