Technologists like Campbell, like me, see increased access as an opportunity to strengthen teaching and accelerate learning that schools may not recognize, much less seize. Those recent experiences lead me to believe that an open #techquity involving all kinds of stakeholders is an entry point for youth to engage in connected learning.
