NovoEd co-founder Amin Saberi was replaced by Ed Miller, a former Blackboard exec. Blackboard replaced its CEO. In part, their struggles are a result of controversies surrounding the Common Core State Standards, which were supposed to streamline and procurement the development of curriculum and assessment.
