The staff fully recognized the need to provide the students with a richer learning environment than simply watching videos that led to multiple choice quizzes and eventual unit tests. All of this created a spiral of stress for both the educators and students. At its core, the issue was resolving one of the toughest situations in education: effective co-teaching. Alignment to academic standards is usually more prominent and obvious.
