Perhaps the district didn’t know what New York City learned when it audited its old data portal : it found that less than 3% of parents had ever logged in. There are a variety of reasons for this: language barriers, lack of Internet access, incompatible devices, lack of training. I have set a Calendar reminder for 2028.
