The Jaquelin Hume Foundation’s mission is to accelerate the implementation of high quality blended/personalized learning in America’s schools. It also helped launch KIPP Empower Academy in Los Angeles whose blended design was Anthony Kim’s first project that led to the formation of Education Elements.
