Student A puts on earbuds and has some music and can have some extreme focus on the learning at hand. We can’t have personalized learning with standardized solutions. If we want to give opportunities for our students to become successful, this will be a team effort. This doesn’t mean everything looks the same.

We need leaders willing to listen to others, learn from their mistakes, and share power. They don't need to create a harem of followers or disciples because they know that their success depends on the team's success. True leaders understand that one person cannot win a war, election, or football game. It takes a team effort.
