I was there for a few reasons, starting with having the fine opportunity to lead a pre conference workshop, followed by presenting on two panels, helping out with a Twitter component, and reconnecting with dozens of friends and colleagues. Australian teacher Jacques du Toit invented a role play on Twitter he called Tweeting Aztecs to study their history. Other Gamification programs like GradeCraft , Rezzly , and Virtual Locker are all being used to add points, badges, and other gaming elements to the everyday classroom.
