The conference was enhanced by the presence of several very tech savvy young students from primary schools, who took a full part in the proceedings, tweeting and live blogging from the event on their mobile devices. One great innovative idea Karine talked about was particularly useful at engaging kids across the entire curriculum.

It was quite intense, as we couldn’t control how students would react during the game, so there were a few tricky moments! The original bid focused on the use of VLEs to support international mobility students (work placements and study exchanges) and I was brought it to run the project once the bid had been successful.
