Over the last 11 years, I have seen so many educators go ga-ga because a company is giving out chocolate at a both or shipping stickers for the top of a Chromebook.

Of course chromebooks and iPads (or android tablets) are out there. Branching out in to non-tradtional (like edCamps) is better. Ubermix has the added advantage of having local apps that will work without Internet access, a big consideration for many small, rural school districts where student access is a challenge.
