The goal of digital equity is to ensure that all students have access to devices, high-speed internet, and opportunities to learn both in school and out. One of the struggles in Wisconsin is digital learning days, where students with limited or no access to WIFI at home cannot access their education.

The key is good fiber between buildings and good cable into the classrooms for the Access Points. We installed a Meraki Access Point in every classroom. Student devices are mobile, personal and available where and when students need them. Of course chromebooks and iPads (or android tablets) are out there.
