In my role as Year 4 Leader, I have decided, this year, to research and undertake ‘coaching’.
‘Teacher-centered coaching refers to a coaching strategy that is focused on teacher actions in the classroom, versus student-centered coaching, which focuses on looking closely at student-level data.‘
