can’t just say, “Here’s a MOOC, or here’s an online degree, or a 6- to 12-week immersive bootcamp.”. We need better assessment tools and prior learning assessments to take any student and assess where they are: What capabilities, skill sets, and mindsets do they have? We have to do better.

What’s the best service or tool for creating and hosting an online class by oneself? H5P – I still haven’t used this yet, but it seems like a GUI web authoring tool. Mighty Networks Courses – provides hosting and tools for creating online classes. Do you have any feedback on these services and tools?
