Launching a districtwide computer science program for all grades

Our students are spread across 31 elementary schools, two pre-K schools, and seven secondary schools. For example, a kindergarten lesson on algorithms is integrated into “how to” procedures for a fire drill. With 30 elementary buildings and six secondary buildings that I oversee, linking teachers across the district can be a struggle.
