Students get to make a fall favorite in our new L3 Skills game: pumpkin pie! They must follow the directions carefully, picking out ingredients in the right amounts—practicing object, number, and fraction recognition.
Reading Recipes: Pumpkin Pie
For each step of the recipe, players first identify the correct ingredient and then measure the right amount to add to a mixing bowl. Students get quick auditory and visual feedback on their choices to let them know how they’re progressing. When the mix contains everything the recipe calls for, players see the result: a delicious-looking pie with a slice ready to eat!
