Right now, faculty are regretting the course design choices we made for Fall, and trying to make better ones for Spring. I'm in that process myself, building my Winter semester course on linear algebra and differential equations. Last week I was splitting time between working on the syllabus and calendar for this course, while entering the home stretch on my current classes.
