The Edcamp Community supports educators to organize and participate in participant-driven professional learning designed by and for educators. Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, Edcamps were typically in-person and locally focused. It wasn’t an easy moment.

Edcamp: It All Started with a Tweet

We held the first Edcamp in Philadelphia in May, 2010. People tweeted about it and around the country and the world; people began to follow #edcamp!
