StudyBlue announces annual teacher appreciation program “Thank a Teacher a Latte.”

Mobile and social study platform, StudyBlue today announced the launch of its annual teacher appreciation program “Thank a Teacher a Latte.” With one click, a digital thank-you card is created and displayed as a keepsake. 300 lucky teachers will receive $5 coffee cards at the end of May when the contest subsides.

Awareness, Assessment, and Access: Improving Adult Digital Literacy

To address these different learning levels, RIFLI uses the Northstar Digital Literacy assessment exam as the basis for a curriculum that teaches how to use a computer to using Microsoft Excel and Word as well as social media, specifically Facebook. At the end of each course, RIFLI staff award digital badges to the students.
