I didn’t know how to meet ALL of their needs, but I valued their time during PLCs so I had to find a way to make sure my teachers were engaged (really, actually, EMPOWERED). I attended AVID trainings, English Language Learner workshops, UDL conferences, ….you I had a lot of needs of students and teachers to help meet.

At one point, five kids in the class were on YouTube, watching videos that were definitely not part of the curriculum.
