The 12-week plan for building courses

Right now, faculty are regretting the course design choices we made for Fall, and trying to make better ones for Spring. I'm in that process myself, building my Winter semester course on linear algebra and differential equations. Course is basically over at Thanksgiving. Last 2 weeks are just catchup and reassessment.
