Set Up Your Coaching Product

To set up a coaching product, go to Products -> Coaching on your Kajabi admin dashboard, then click the Get Started button.

In the next step, Kajabi will ask you to choose between Single Session and Package format.

If your coaching has just one session, choose the first option. Otherwise, go for the Package option.

If you select Package, you’ll also have to write down the number of sessions you plan on having.

Afterward, add a title for your coaching, the coach’s name, and a description, and click the Continue button.

On your Coaching product page, you’ll either see a Session Template or a Package Outline option, depending on your choice during the initial setup.

When you open a session for editing, you’ll see the option to change the title, add a session description, list agenda items, and add links and files that could be useful for your clients.

Manage Your Clients and Sessions

To schedule a session, your clients must click the Schedule Now next to the session title. This will open up a calendar where they can select the exact date and time from the available slots.

From the client’s perspective, when the date and time of your coaching session arrive, they can simply click on Join Session on the Coaching page and join the live session.
