The only catch was that each staff member had to create and present a learning portfolio at his/ her end of year evaluation conference. As each staff member presented their learning portfolio they all shared how appreciative they were to have this time. Let me tell you this, I was not disappointed.

What if we adopted the model of the flipped classroom and applied it to meetings and Professional Development? Flipping PD and faculty meetings is essentially the same as flipping the classroom, but with adults. I am not a big fan of flipping the classroom. I will admit it. Think about it like this.

Last summer I worked with edmodo and mendeley. I ended up using Edmodo, but not really catching on to mendeley (nor did my students as it was a bit limited in collaborative work, we found). This Spring, I was given an ipod to use as part of a "flipped classroom" project, along with clickers. So I need your help.
