After interviewing many prospective companies I became frustrated with the lack of innovation and impressiveness of their products. Learn Boost is a startup company that has developed a gradebook program that has great potential.

Learning is hard and change is even harder, so once teachers have found a tool that meets their learning goals, they are unlikely to shift without a good reason. Luhtala has used augmented reality to attach student-created video book reviews to titles in the library. This is essentially a huge e-book library. It is Web-based.
