5 years ago our school rolled out a BYOD (bring your own device) plan for our middle school. As part of this rollout we placed all these Chromebooks under a monitoring and filtering system that follows them wherever they may go. I can't decide if that's the companies being good to the teachers or actually exploitive of the teachers!
