For the first time, mobile learning is ranked the top priority by school IT leaders, according to findings released by the Consortium for School Networking (CoSN) in its 2017 K-12 Leadership Survey Report. 2 priority is broadband and network capacity. Mobile learning is defined as the idea of 24/7 access, according to Paula Maylahn of Paula Maylahn Consulting and author of the survey. The drop indicates that districts are more prepared for high-stakes assessments.
