Recently, SETDA released State K-12 Broadband Leadership: Driving Connectivity, Access and Student Success , which looks at the current state of broadband access and how states are supporting teachers and students. The key is the state leadership to make broadband accessible to all.

Stuart Burt : When they changed E-rate a couple years ago, it was a learning curve. The modernization to Lifeline didn’t increase funding overall, but families will have the choice between phone discounts and a credit for broadband at home.
