One of the options for the assignment was to make an introductory video for an online course. I''ve used several video creation apps and programs before, so I thought it would be easy. Academics have been expected to absorb the techniques skills and understanding necessary to design and deliver online and blended learning as well as everything else they do. Originally I thought the academic staff member should be the creator and designer of online learning for their subjects. Now I disagree.
