  1. That’s a lot of good advice. This one though I’ve been struggling with since I was young.

    Q: How can I overcome the fear of public speaking in presentations?

    I struggled with it in school. Later when I presented research papers at conferences, I was still very uncomfortable. Writing a paper is one thing, presenting it in front of 100 people in black suits ready to ask challenging questions is quite another. Later at work, I dreaded doing presentations. When doing public speeches, such as when my son got married, I was very nervous. Based on what people have been telling me I am not bad at doing it, but my fear never goes away. I think I have a phobia of public speaking.
